It is badly written, lazy, shallow. there are scenes where it seems like the writers are shooting for some emotional depth, but it just makes me roll my eyes due to how on the nose some situations are. while watching it, it is like the show is taking the message, chewing it, digesting it, and then injecting it directly into my colon. they seem to be one step away from just breaking the 4th wall and reading off some Twitter post
Most situations seem silly and blown out of proportion. I know most drama shows do that, they are drama shows after all. but when it is done well, it is so that the viewer is faced with some difficult situation where they might have some internal debate. I found that to be rare in this show, which is honestly disappointing.
The medical accuracy. i absolutely do not expect the show to be 100% accurate. I am no medical professional/ student, but come on, some thinks are clearly there for plot, useless drama, or an excuse for the show to virtue signal (at least that is what it feels like), which breaks the emersion.
Don’t waste your time.
