The main star is not effective in his comedic delivery. It has much potential, but lacks in many aspects. If it could have more substance, it would be a show with potency. For now… it is nothing. Not bad, not good, not mediocre. Just nothing. Louie is so low-key that it has no discernible pulse. To say it’s unfunny is accurate (profoundly so) but also beside the point: It’s un-anything.

Don’t waste your time unless you want a laugh at how chronically bad a production can be.
